In order to be able to help you achieve your career goals we will have a one-on-one meeting to get to know you and your wishes. Your personal consultant will help you find the perfect job. Your consultant will perform competence-based screenings to map out your knowledge level, goals, and skills.

We only introduce you if we think the client is a good match with your preferences and qualities and will always double check with you before the introduction. If you then agree with the introduction your consultant will guide you through the application process.
As soon as you have started at your new client, the consultant will keep in touch with both you and your manager to ensure everything runs smoothly and both parties are happy.
